The gothic San Augustine Metropolitan Cathedral is located at the heart of Cagayan de Oro City. Mass goers feast their eyes on the century-old stained glass windows which depict the life and times of Jesus Christ. At the left side of the church after the main entrance is a small chapel dedicated to the Holy Cross while a garden outside the cathedral had been named after St. Joseph.
